Terms of Use

Effective: June 14, 2026 Last updated: June 14, 2026

By accessing or using BobLazarWasRight.com ("the Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. The Site is operated by Canyon, Inc ("we," "us," or "our").

1. Nature of the Site

BobLazarWasRight.com is an independent editorial and commentary website. It presents analysis, curated summaries, and historical documentation related to Bob Lazar's public claims, UAP disclosure, and related scientific and governmental history. The Site is non-commercial and publishes no advertising. We do not speak for Bob Lazar, any government agency, or any third party referenced on the Site.

Content on this Site is opinion, commentary, and news reporting. Inclusion of any allegation, theory, or statement does not mean we assert that it is true, verified, or complete. Where we present Lazar's claims, we present them as claims. Where evidence has been independently corroborated, we note that. Where expert opinion is divided, we say so.

Nothing on this Site constitutes legal, scientific, medical, security, or professional advice of any kind. Do not rely on this Site for decisions of any consequence.

2. Intellectual Property

Our content

Original editorial text, analysis, design, and branding on this Site are owned by us and are protected by U.S. and international copyright law. You may read and share links to our content for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, scrape, or republish substantial portions of our original content without prior written permission.

Third-party content: quotations, excerpts, and fair use

We sometimes include short quotations, headlines, or excerpts from third-party works — news articles, published books, government documents, and research papers — for purposes of commentary, criticism, and news reporting. Such use is intended to constitute fair use under 17 U.S.C. § 107. Copyright in the referenced material remains with its respective owner. We do not claim ownership over any third-party content we quote or reference.

If you believe material on this Site exceeds fair use or otherwise infringes your rights, see Section 6 (Copyright Complaints) below.

3. Third-Party Content and Embeds

The Site links to and embeds content from third-party websites and platforms, including YouTube and external news outlets. These services are not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, terms, or privacy practices of any third-party site or service.

Embedded video players (such as YouTube iframes) are provided by and remain under the control of the respective platform. Any cookies, data collection, or tracking associated with embedded players is governed by that platform's own terms and privacy policy — not ours. Your use of any third-party service accessed through this Site is at your own risk and is subject to that third party's terms.

We intend to embed only content that is official, platform-authorized, used under applicable doctrines such as fair use for commentary and news reporting, or otherwise believed in good faith to be available for embedding. We do not knowingly embed pirated or unauthorized copies of copyrighted material. We reserve the right to remove or replace any embed at any time and are not obligated to maintain any specific embedded content.

4. Accuracy and Editorial Disclaimers

The subject matter of this Site — Bob Lazar's account of working at a classified facility, UAP programs, and related government history — involves disputed facts, unverified allegations, classified materials, and claims that have not been formally confirmed or denied by any government. We report and analyze this subject matter as accurately as we can with available sources, but:

• Information may be incomplete, speculative, or based on sources that are themselves disputed.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or timeliness of any content on the Site.
• References to individuals, companies, agencies, or entities do not imply their endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation with this Site.
• We reserve the right to update, correct, or remove content at any time without notice.

The Site's editorial position is that Bob Lazar's account warrants serious engagement. This is a position, not a fact. Readers are encouraged to consult primary sources, form their own conclusions, and apply appropriate skepticism to all claims — including ours.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY INFORMATION IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR CURRENT. YOUR USE OF THE SITE IS SOLELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

6. Copyright Complaints

If you are a copyright owner or authorized agent and believe that material on this Site infringes your copyright, please send a notice to legal@boblazarwasright.com containing:

• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed
• Identification of the material on this Site you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it
• Your contact information (name, address, phone, email)
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or applicable law
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf

We will promptly review all notices and remove or disable access to material we determine is infringing. We may also replace infringing embeds with an authorized source.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access or copy the Site's content in bulk without our permission
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law
• Misrepresent our content as your own or otherwise infringe our intellectual property

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR OPERATORS, CONTRIBUTORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ITS CONTENT, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ZERO DOLLARS (US $0.00), REFLECTING THE FACT THAT THE SITE IS FREE AND NON-COMMERCIAL.

You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on content found on this Site.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your unlawful or abusive use of the Site.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. By using this Site, you acknowledge the Privacy Policy. Note that third-party services embedded on or linked from this Site — including YouTube — may independently collect data about you under their own privacy policies.

11. Age

This Site is intended for users who are at least 13 years old. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you are under 13, do not use this Site.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Tennessee, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. For material changes, we will take reasonable steps to bring the update to your attention.

14. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Site.
