Editorial Disclaimer
What our content is, what it is not, and the editorial standards that govern how we present disputed and speculative material.
Effective: June 14, 2026 · Last updated: June 14, 2026
Opinion and Speculation
This site publishes commentary, analysis, and speculation about Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAP), alleged government programs, and public-figure whistleblowers. Our articles reflect the opinions of their authors, based on publicly available information and sources cited in each piece. Readers should treat all conclusions as interpretive opinions, not as established statements of historical fact.
The editorial position of this site — that Bob Lazar's account warrants serious engagement — is a position, not a proven fact. We hold it based on the accumulation of corroborating context documented across this site. We do not claim to have independently verified Lazar's account, and we acknowledge that substantial expert skepticism exists.
Disputed and Unverified Claims
Many topics discussed here involve disputed claims, conflicting testimony, and classified or incomplete information. We make reasonable efforts to describe disputes clearly and to cite our sources, but we cannot independently verify every assertion made by third parties. Where possible, we identify statements as allegations, claims, or beliefs — using language like "Lazar claims," "according to," or "alleged" — and we encourage readers to review the underlying materials and reach their own conclusions.
Information on this site may be incomplete, speculative, or based on sources that are themselves disputed. We do not guarantee accuracy, reliability, or timeliness of any content, and we reserve the right to update, correct, or remove content at any time without notice.
No Allegations of Criminal Conduct Without Documentation
Nothing on this site is intended to accuse any named individual, agency, or organization of criminal, fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful conduct unless explicitly stated to be based on official records, court filings, congressional testimony, government documents, or comparable public sources that are cited and linked where available.
References to named individuals — including Bob Lazar, George Knapp, and others — are made in the context of their documented public activities. Such references do not imply any broader personal accusation, and do not constitute claims of endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation with this site.
No Professional Advice
All content on this site is provided for informational, research, and commentary purposes only. Nothing here constitutes legal, scientific, medical, security, or other professional advice. Do not rely on this site for decisions of any consequence. Consult a qualified professional where appropriate.
Fair Use and Copyright
This site may include quotations, headlines, and excerpts from news articles, published books, academic papers, government documents, and other third-party works for purposes of commentary, criticism, education, and news reporting. We believe such uses fall within the fair use doctrine under 17 U.S.C. § 107 because they are transformative, limited in scope, surrounded by original analysis, and do not substitute for the original works. Copyright in all referenced material remains with its respective owner.
"No infringement intended" phrasing has no legal effect on its own. Our actual protection lies in how much we quote, the transformative nature of our commentary, attribution to the original source, and the absence of market substitution. We quote only what is necessary to make our analytical point, and we link to the original where possible.
Third-Party Embeds
This site may embed videos hosted on third-party platforms such as YouTube. All such videos are streamed directly from the hosting service, which is solely responsible for their availability and copyright status. We intend to embed only content from official channels or creators who clearly own their material.
If you are a rights holder and believe that any video embedded on this site infringes your copyright or is an unauthorized copy of your work, please contact us at legal@boblazarwasright.com. We will review the complaint promptly and remove or replace the embed where appropriate.
Corrections
If you believe any material on this site is factually inaccurate, we want to know. Please contact us at corrections@boblazarwasright.com with the specific claim you dispute, the URL of the relevant page, and supporting documentation or sourcing. We review all credible correction requests and will update, clarify, or remove content in our editorial discretion. We do not guarantee removal of content that reflects a good-faith editorial interpretation of disputed evidence.
Post-Level Notices
For articles that lean heavily toward analysis, inference, or speculation, we include a notice at the top of that page — for example: "This article contains speculative commentary and represents the author's opinions based on publicly available information." If you encounter an article that you believe warranted such a notice and lacks one, that feedback is welcome.
Our Pre-Publication Standard
Before publishing content that evaluates someone's credibility, names a journalist or official, or discusses a program as potentially deceptive, we ask:
- Are all damaging statements traceable to cited, reasonably reliable sources — or clearly framed as editorial judgment?
- Have we distinguished between "reported," "claimed," "alleged," and "confirmed"?
- Have we avoided asserting specific crimes or fraud unless based on official records or equivalent documentation?
- Have we quoted only what is necessary and added substantial original commentary?
- Is the page labeled and designed in a way that signals "analysis" rather than "official finding"?
We will not always get this perfect. When we do not, the corrections process above is the right path.
