By 1996, his claims had gone fully mainstream: disc-shaped craft, a sub-base at Papoose Lake, reverse-engineered propulsion. Director Jeremy Corbell spent years earning Lazar's trust to make this feature. The result is Lazar's most candid on-camera appearance since 1989. Mickey Rourke narrates, and George Knapp adds new investigative segments. The film landed just as the New York Times and Pentagon AATIP revelations gave the story fresh weight. It's one of the most-watched UAP documentaries ever made.
Lazar's three-hour sit-down on The Joe Rogan Experience may be the most important interview of his post-1989 career. It reached tens of millions of listeners with no editing between him and them. He walks through it all in detail: the physics of gravity-wave amplifiers, the layout of S-4, where he thinks the craft came from, and the toll of thirty years living with what he said. Rogan's questions are tough but fair, and they pull out technical and personal detail earlier formats never got.
The only book Lazar has authorized about his life. Co-written with Tom Corbell, it covers his early work at Los Alamos, his recruitment to S-4 through EG&G, what he saw and was asked to figure out, and the years of personal fallout after he went public. More than any interview, the book lays down a detailed record in his own voice. It takes on the inconsistencies and fills gaps that thirty years of taped testimony left open.
James Fox built the most thorough survey of UAP evidence and government response yet aimed at a wide audience. The film spans seventy years of military and intelligence involvement with unidentified objects. It draws testimony from senior officials, scientists, and pilots. It sets the Lazar disclosure inside a long pattern of the government acknowledging, then burying, what it knows. Widely seen as the benchmark for UAP documentaries, it fed directly into the congressional investigations that came after.
Knapp broke the Lazar story in 1989. In the decades since, he has checked it, pushed back on it, and set it against each new government revelation. His work runs across KLAS-TV reports, Coast to Coast AM, and documentaries with Jeremy Corbell. No one has held the American UAP beat longer or gone deeper. As a mainstream investigative reporter, he gives the Lazar story a credibility no other journalist has.
A multi-year production from Project Gravitaur, released on Amazon Video on April 3, 2026. Lazar narrates. The film rebuilds his account of the S-4 facility through reenactments and new interviews with George Knapp, Gene Huff, Joy Lazar, and Mario Santa Cruz. It's the most visual retelling of his story so far.
Lazar's first return to the Joe Rogan Experience since the landmark 2019 episode, taped the day before S4: The Bob Lazar Story hit Amazon Video. He and director Luigi Vendittelli go back over the S-4 account — the nine craft, the gravity-wave amplifiers, the years of surveillance. Rogan presses on what has and hasn't changed in seven years. The episode reaches the same multi-million audience as #1315 and is the biggest platform of Lazar's post-documentary run.
The July 2023 House Oversight Committee hearing with David Grusch, David Fravor, and Ryan Graves is the most explosive public government UAP record since the 2017 AATIP story. Under oath, Grusch said the U.S. runs classified programs to recover and reverse-engineer non-human craft. That backs the basic shape of Lazar's 1989 account. It stands as the clearest on-record support for Lazar's core claim: the government has known about non-human technology for decades and hidden it.
Magician-turned-investigator Chris Ramsay hosts Lazar for two long conversations timed to the S4 documentary. Episode 83, "Bob Lazar Tells Me Everything" (recorded in 2025, released April 10, 2026), traces his whole path from coming forward to the making of the film. In the follow-up, Episode 87 (May 8, 2026), Lazar and director Luigi Vendittelli discuss a name tied to S-4 that they deliberately kept out of the documentary.
An ongoing investigative podcast from filmmaker Jeremy Corbell and veteran reporter George Knapp — the journalist who first put Lazar on television in 1989.
